Terms of Service

1 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CoreRun ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CoreRun. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2 User Responsibility & Choice

All
                activities within CoreRun are performed entirely at YOUR discretion and by YOUR choice. You are solely
                responsible for all data you enter, habits you track, and interactions you initiate.

(a) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
(b) All habit data, journal entries, notes, images, and other content you enter is done voluntarily and at your own discretion.
(c) You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information displayed in the App.
(d) Group participation, accountability partnerships, and social features are entirely optional and initiated by your choice.

3 Account Registration

(a) You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
(b) You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If under 18, you must have parental consent.
(c) One person may not maintain more than one account. Accounts are non-transferable.
(d) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Upload, post, or share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or any part of our systems.
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.

5 Your Content & Data

(a) You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the App.
(b) By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
(c) All your personal data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
(d) You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP
                IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

(a) CoreRun is a habit tracking tool. It does NOT provide medical, health, financial, legal, or professional advice.
(b) We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
(c) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CoreRun SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
(d) Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

7 IBO Features Disclaimer

CoreRun offers optional features for Independent Business Owners (IBO) including predefined "9 Core Steps" and business-related habit tracking.

CoreRun is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any specific network marketing company, MLM organization, or business opportunity. The IBO features are general productivity tools. Any business decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.

8 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all other intellectual property, is owned by CoreRun and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9 Termination

(a) You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App's settings.
(b) We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
(c) Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

You agree that any claim or cause of action must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
